BDN is a complete fabrication facility. We fabricate from chutes to doghouses to complete
Single and Double Tipper units attached to the compaction equipment as well as stand alone Tippers. We fabricate special control panels and we also make custom hydraulic systems to meet your needs.
Chutes
Custom chute designed for Terasen Gas. This design enables easier loading and guaranteed slope to allow the cardboard to easily fall into the compactor’s charge chamber

Double stacking compactors are built to suit for each specific location
This double-stacker has a 40 yard stationary compactor on top for cardboard
recycling and an 18 yard low profile compactor on the bottom for solid waste needs.

Tippers
Tippers are made in-house for each client’s specific needs. This tipper may be used for two different styles of toter carts
This tipper is for BC Ferries and is designed to accept both large train carts on the back and small 96 gallon toter recycling bins on the side
